I've had it since spring and like it but the interface is quirky compared to every cable setup I've ever had. As mentioned above it is hard to find things occasionally. I've paused stuff and did other things and when I come back, it has "disappeared" because YouTube assumes I watched all of it. This requires you to remember that you didn't finish it to go and find it or like I do, start watching the show next week and realize I'm missing something so go back and find the previous episode to finish.
The forwarding, at least using Firestick and Chromecast, isn't continuous but in 15 second increments which sometimes makes find the start more difficult, especially for shows where there is no introductory logo. Sports shows probably wouldn't be a problem here. If you are watching a show still recording, often times when I'm forwarding, the location preview box will be grayed out until I stop forwarding. I have fiber optic internet so it isn't a bandwidth issue on my end. After the show ends and you are forwarding, that preview icon starts working better.
There are several more quirky things like those that take some getting used to. The price we pay for saving money by cutting the cord.
