It's by far the weirdest part of being kept on payroll without explicit instructions to go the hell home and get to work on your garden. Even better when you're still on the distribution list for the meeting where they roll out the new org chart (if only that slide included a picture of the departed, with a big red X over their names, then it would be perfect) and genius corporate strategy with buzzwords.I've walked into my office several times already today trying to check emails that aren't there or attend meetings I don't need to be in. That will take me some time to get used to.
