Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Engineers - when did your yearly raise amount begin to stagnate

For those who had gotten their PE, was this your highest salary jump on average? I'm curious if this was one of the biggest jumps, as getting that PE can get you started with signing/stamping.
PE did nothing for my compensation. Mechanical engineer with Masters degree in Industrial business.
Typically got 3-4% increases. Probably should have job hopped more but at least I got a fairly decent (non COLA) pension.
I see, I guess it probably depends how much your employer values the PE and how much use you can apply out of it. I haven't seen too much MEs with their PE so far in my time in industry.
