I believe SWAGX and SWRSX are mutual funds. (This ought to be explicit somewhere. Get a prospectus.) As such they are bought and sold at NAV and there is no bid/ask spread to worry about. They have very low ER's. I wouldn't worry about the low asset levels, that's an ETF concern. Even if they were to be liquidated, there would be no significant consequences in a tax-deferred account.
