I did this recently out of WellsTrade. Partial transfer of FRSXX and FNSXX, $400 each. No transfer-out fee.WellsTrade shows an outgoing transfer fee of $49.95. It does not specify that it's only for full transfers, but I'm guessing you weren't charged to do your partial transfer to get some of FRSXX into Fidelity?
