I would want to know why it sold for $273,000 if zillow had it at $387k at the least. How did they determine that amount and not even less?

The timing isn't very clear. It may have been sold two years ago, and now has a value of $387k.

OP, when was the sale?

+1 I had the same question, at the point in the time the house was sold for $273,000 what did comparable houses sell for at that time? Is the 387k figure the value today, or the estimated value at the time the house was sold?
